Of all the folks we worked with on this massive remodel, UNITS were most consistently clear, on time, as expected, with the best price. They've been easy to get ahold of and showed up as expected every time. Tyler connected us with a nice efficient moving team and they have all been wonderful to work with. We're super happy with the job they did and if we need local storage again in the future will definitely work with them and recommend them to our neighbors. Hired UNITS Moving & Portable Storage for a move in the Sacramento area. They provided a quote quickly for move and storage and were comparable to other companies. The staff were all friendly. I appreciate that they were up front about pricing and moving item rentals. They were flexible when I had to change the pick up date. Understanding that there are a lot of people moving out of Sacramento and storage and moving options are limited, after a number of calls with larger and more established storage unit businesses, UNITS was not only the best price and service, but they were flexible and willing to work around a very challenging calendar for our move. They provided 2 well maintained large Units on the days that we requested them, were prompt and polite when retrieving them and took good care of our property while they were in storage for 3 weeks. Their personnel were nice, courteous and accommodating to a person and I always felt like our property was in good hands. SUPER happy with our experience here. After reading really poor reviews of a more well-known storage “pod” company, we found UNITS, and even better that it’s a locally-owned business. They are responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Since we sold our house and had to temporarily relocate until our new home was ready, it was super convenient to utilize a storage container rather than going the traditional storage facility route, and we were able to have the container on site and accessible at our temp location.
